		<description>Good insight on failure providing lessons, but, in this context, I think it&#039;s more significant that &lt;i&gt;failing&lt;/i&gt; means you&#039;re &lt;i&gt;trying&lt;/i&gt; and, in particular, that you&#039;re trying new things.  If you don&#039;t try new things, you&#039;ll never succeed in any major/meaningful way.</description>
